Biography

My research interests focus on nonlinear partial differential equations arising from physics. More specifically, I am interested in the mathematical analysis of kinetic and fluid equations. My current projects include systems such as Vlasov-Poisson and Euler-Poisson, which are based on Newtonian gravity, and I am curious about expanding my studies to include relativistic aspects in the future.

Before coming to Brown I completed my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Germany, where I also grew up. Outside of mathematics, I spend most of my time playing Ultimate Frisbee, and I love doing all kinds of outdoor things like bikepacking, hiking\trekking, skiing and watching sunsets.
