Applied Mathematics

I joined Brown University in Fall 2026, where I study computational neuroscience through the lenses of graph theory and statistical mechanics. I am interested in understanding how interactions among many simple components give rise to complex collective behavior, from neural circuits to animal societies such as ant colonies and the social behavior of rats, building on my previous research. I earned bachelor's degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and Neuroscience from Arizona State University. Outside of research, I enjoy teaching, tutoring, and participating in public science outreach. In my free time, I like reading philosophy, playing ultimate frisbee, and watching soccer.
