Biography

I obtained my B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, with a minor in Computer Informatics, from Emory University, where I graduated summa cum laude and with Highest Honors. My research interests include numerical optimization, numerical PDEs, and scientific computing. My previous work includes global optimization methods for applications in physical chemistry and epidemiology, as well as the development of a general-purpose PDHG algorithm for mean-field game problems. I am also passionate about teaching and mentoring, including through my involvement in a Mathematics through Movement project. Outside of mathematics, I enjoy traveling, specialty coffee, photography, and hiking.
