Biography

Sarah Brauner is a NSF postdoc and Prager assistant professor. She received her PhD in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota in 2023, advised by Victor Reiner. Prior to coming to Brown, she was an NSF postdoc in Montreal at University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM) during the academic year 2023-2024, and before that did a short postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences in Leipzig, Germany, Her research is in algebraic combinatorics and its intersections with representation theory, integrable probability, and algebraic geometry.
